Coffee N' Comics ("we," "us," or "our") operates coffee shops in the Reno area and this website, where you can place online orders, join events, and sign up for our communications. Information We Collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the details of your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. We also collect basic technical information (such as browser type) needed to operate the site.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to prepare and fulfill your orders, to send you transactional notifications about your order (for example, order confirmations, pickup updates, or an alert that an item in your order is out of stock along with a link to update your order), to process refunds, to respond to your requests, and to operate and improve our services.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your order — such as order status updates and out-of-stock alerts that include a link to modify your order. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect order-related emails.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver those messages.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processing (Stripe), message delivery (SMS and email providers), and website hosting — and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Data Retention & Your Choices

We keep order records as needed for business and legal purposes. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing help@coffeencomics.com. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.
