SMS / Text Message Program Terms

When you provide your mobile number with an order, you consent to receive order-related text messages from Coffee N' Comics, such as order confirmations, pickup and status updates, and out-of-stock alerts that include a link to modify your order.

• Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at help@coffeencomics.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase — you can order without providing a mobile number, and order notifications will be sent by email instead.

Our handling of your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Online Orders

Online orders are prepared at the shop location you select and are subject to availability. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide options to replace the item or remove it for a refund of that item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
